If you want a professional looking job and unbroken granite, you need an experienced stone countertop installer - the same people you would go to if you were buying installed countertop. They may or may not guarantee it against cracking, not knowing how it has been handled while in your care.

If you want it done cheaply but with a lot more risk of being out of level or cracking after it has been there a bit, then a Handyman.
