I need my lamp repaired, the one on Fairfax Va fixed the electrical cord twice and it is just burning up.Please help, I live in Haymarket V

Make sure you are using the size light bulb for the type of socket it fits into. Using a higher size--over 60 watts, for example, will burn out the socket. Something could be wrong with the socket or the outlet in the wall or they didn't use good enough cord and didn't change the plug. Try a different repair shop.
