I have a lazy boy power lift chair with massage and heat. the heat has stopped working. need someone repair it.

I would unplug it and tilt it on its back first, and check that the electrical connectors underneath have not come loose. Also, if you see any sign of melting, scorching, etc leave the chair unplugged until fixed.

A normal furtiture repair shop may be able to fix this, but I would try LaZBoy first if I were you, unless you are mechanical and electrically inclined (or have a friend or neighbor who truly is good at that sort of thing) who can take a volt-ohm meter to it to see if it is the wiring, connection, or heating element.
