Probably will, because instead of flat walls that catch little dirt and can easily be brush dusted or washed, log walls provide a dust ledge at each log, so need individual wiping down. I don't know for a fact, but I would guess will add maybe 50% to cost.
I would really try to get out of the house during the cleaning and for an hour or so afterwards while it airs out if you can, for your health.
