For a lockout situation, if you have AAA or towing service from your auto insurance company, call them. Also commonly covered under your new car warranty towing coverage if still under warranty.

Depending on what the problem is, if just locked out (as opposed to the lock having failed) most towing companies can get you in - though they are going to be wanting to see insurance card or registration before they leave to be sure you are not just having them help you steal the car. In some states they have to call a cop to stand by to check registration if you do not have an insurance card on the car in your wallet, so can take awhile (and standby charges for the towing guy) in that case.

Otherwise, Locksmiths is your Search the List category - most multi-worker locksmith companies have at least one tech who does cars.
