I tried to get your locksmith special @ 10:30p.m. PST and was unable to complete the transaction. How can I resolve this, if possible??

I don't know if it my computer or a glitch in the website. This happened before when I signed up for Angie's List before the deadline, the closer the deadline is, the harder it is for the transaction to be completed.
