Question DetailsAsked on 4/22/2016

I mistakenly purchased a furnace inspection when I meant to do an AC inspection. Can I get a refund?

Inspection was with Foster's and when the technician showed up he explained that I had gotten the furnace not the AC inspection. He advised me to contact Angie's List to see what my options were because he could not do the AC inspection and had to abide by the work order.

Call Angies List member services - though if he charged you nothing for the visit (i.e. did not charge it against the Deal), then no harm - just get a refund on the furnace inspection Deal and buy the A/C deal. If you got charged for the Deal, fair for them and you have to admit it was your mistake so they should not bear the cost of it - whether you get any kind of credit or such from AL depends on the goodness of their hearts.
