Question DetailsAsked on 9/20/2016

I need someone to move my treadmill from one room to another --

It's a short move -- maybe 10-15 feet and NO stairs involved. But it's a big treadmill, and I know it will have to be at least partially taken apart and reassembled.

Most treadmills that large come apart into segments real easily - usually just a pin or two to be pulled out and a piece of tubing pulls out of the other part.

Most common solution - get a friend who is slightly tool-handy and has the most basic tools to come over and help move it for some pizza and beer. Would help to find or download owner's manual first for setup/teardown procedure.

Professionally - most Handymen (your Search the List category) can do this.

IF it will fit through doors and around any corners by itself, or by tilting up on end to tilt around corner (which can usually be done - rare that one can't be moved on same floor without taking it partway apart, as opposed to negotiating narrow stairs where partial disassembly is pretty common), then mayve all you need is a friend or two to help in return for pizza and beer or a movie night. Helps a LOT to slide it on cardboard scrap (on carpet) or old towels or sweats or such (on hard flooring).
