Got a friend or two who will help out for some pizza and beer ?

Otherwise, for moving in your truck, hourly paying a Handyman (if 2 people should be able to handle this and you are able to handle carrying a load).

Else Moving (regular transfer and storage companies) for typically $150-250 for a short disstance move, or Haulers (though their truck may not be as clean) - junk haulers, the two guys with a truck type outfit.

If open truck like a pickup, bear in mind tarping over and under to protect from weather - and tie down good if going over about 30 - I hae seen several mattresses in pickups decide to become airborne.
