I am looking for a personal chef to cook meals for a week at a time. Anyone know of one?

You could also talk to a restaurant or caterer who advertises take-out meals - some make a specialty of pre-preparing meals for a week or more in advance (obviously some things like salads cannot be done this way) - basically cuistom-made TV dinners you take home and freeze or refrigerate, then take out and heat up meal by meal.


Would be a lot cheaper generally than a cook coming to your house to cook speficially for you.


Another note - if you are talking a week's worth in advance, if these are things that can be frozen, you could buy a month's worth at a time even cheaper.


One other possibility - check out local deli's - stand-alone or grocery store type - they produce a widening variety of things these days, so you might find it ready-made (or other items you would like) at the lowest possible price.
