I need someone who can properly attach my shutters on my brick home. How much will it cost? I have about 3 sets

One set of the shutters is on the 2nd floor.

A handyman or finish carpenter or window installer can do this for you - make sure they actually measure from the windows to line it up, and use a level to align the tops - a small misalignment really looks bad on shutters.

Ballpark cost about $50-100 per pair, depending on type of installer you use and whether installing the hinges in wood or brick, which depends on type of shutter. A bit more if they did not come with all the hardware needed to mount them, or your windows are not set up for shutters so additional trim has to be added to flush the frames out.
