We used Fresh Air Tech. for cleaning our air ducts. No invoice was provided at end of job. Sent in review stating such and they have since met our request. They hand delivered an invoice (nice surprise), along with a gift card (which was totally unexpected). I'd like any future clients to know this..

Hi Karen2013,

Yes, you can update your review. Please follow the steps below.

1. Sign in to your account.

2. At the top right of the page, you should see several links in blue. One should say "My Account." Click on that, and it will display a drop-down menu.

3. The second option will say "My Reviews." Click on that.

4. You should see a list of all of your reviews, and each should have two links that say "view" and "update." If you click on "update," you can update your review.
