Probably from cheapest to most expensive, but also from probably least likely for plants to survive to most likely:

- Lawn and Yard Work contractor

- Landscaping Contractor - general

- Greenhouse / Nursery that also does onsite planting

- Landscaper - Gardener type who installs and also maintains flower beds, shrubs, etc

Also - get advice from planter or online about how to keep them alive, because evidently they did not like the environment, soil, watering, or something if they died
