I purchased a "Big Deal" but the company has yet to show up!

What should I do when the company fails to show up after I already bought the special deal coupon from Angie's List?

I'm sorry to hear you've had such a poor experience. When did you schedule the visit with the company? If they've been unresponsive to phone calls since they failed to show up, give us a call at 1-888-944-LIST or visit to submit a report on your experience with them so far. Negative reviews prompt us to ask you a few extra questions, including whether or not you'd like to start the Complaint Resolution process. If you choose to do so, Angie's List will reach out to the company on your behalf to mediate the dispute.
