I purchased two gift certificates and opted to print them. i cannot find them. My credit card has been charged

on 12/30 I received a text message advertising gift memberships at a reduced priced. I ordered two, two year memberships as gifts & want to print them and send them to the recipients but cannot find them in my email. The charge to my credit card has already been posted and charged.

This is Robin K. in member care. Thanks for posting.

Once you have purchased a gift membership you can print or email this gift by following the steps below:

1. Login to our website

2. Go to the "account" drop down menu in the top right corner, and select "my purchase history"

3. Under the section "gift memberships" you should be able to select either "email gift" or "print gift"
