Coit does the best job, but they are a bit expensive.

You can rent a Rug Dr. and do nearly as well by yourself for a fraction of the cost.

Just be sure to read and follow the directions.

The Coit worker came out in October '13 from Tempe and really did an absoutely terrible cleaning job. He cleaned 5 large rooms in 45 minutes for $300 by litterly running through the house with his equipment. H did not pre-remove obvious large spots. We have a small dog, but he is completly house broken and holds it for many hours, so he didn't make the spots. The post-stain guard was sprayed on as equally fast. We strongly complained to Coit and demanded another complete treatment. The second man told us all the pre-treatments the first man did not do. The second cleaning left a few spots, but the second cleaning was 5 times better than the first. The second man stated he was not getting paid by Coit to drive a long distance to our house in Scottsdale to do the second treatment. I gave him $85 when he was finished because it really sounded like he wasn't getting paid. If you are going to use Coit, I would suggest you demand the second man, Marquis Washington. He was very nice to us and explained every thing he was doing.
