Question DetailsAsked on 7/3/2012

I'm considering renewing but am concerned that my subscription will expire in 9 months instead of 12.

I am considering renewing my Angie's List subscription since I received a coupon in the mail for 50% off; however, as I am going through the process to renew it today (2 July 2012), I noticed that it shows my previous subscription as expiring on 4 April 2012, and I am concerned that my new subscription will expire in 9 months instead of 12 (on 4 April 2013 instead of 2 July 2013). Before I proceed to renew my subscription, please clarify when my new subscription would expire. Thank you.

If you renew early through the website (rather than calling the number), the new expiration date will take affect from the end of the original expiration date. You'll get the full 12 months you are paying for.

The My Account > Manage My Account page will show the original expiration date and then the new one after you purchase the renewal. That way you can be sure they got it right.
