Floor tile typically about $10-15/SF, wall tile $10-20/SF installed for normal range tile including backer board, but NOT including repair of any water damage.

Whirlpool itself can cost $1000-3000 typically - install rarely under $1000, can run double or more depending on problems getting it in (i.e. in some cases have to cut a hole in the wall and use a crane to lift it in) and redoing plumbing and floor support system modifications - I would budget $2000+ for installation, in addition to the tub purchase cost.
