Question DetailsAsked on 3/8/2018

I had replaced a furnace and the insurance company sent a check to cover most of it.

The insurance company said they would send the recoverable depreciation check after it was replaced. the project went over the first amount of the first check sent. Now the Insurance company do not want to give me the full deprecation check that was specified in the letter that was sent. The Insurance company is only sending the cost of the repair and not the full depreciation check. Is the depreciation check rightfully mine or do they have the right to keep it?
