Question DetailsAsked on 12/18/2017

I'd like to take down a review I posted on 12/7/17 about Action Plumbing Heating ,and Electric

Action Plumbing Heating ,and Electric has more than made amends for the poor service that was provided initially. They sent staff back out, performed excellent service, and did not charge me.

You have to contact directly (or call) to do this, but they are reluctant to remove reviews not totally in error - like put on the wrong contractor's name. The preference is to edit your review.

If you go to My Reviews (under Account at upper right when logged in), select the review you are talking about, and you can edit it and assign a different rating. Editing to leave the original complaint but then add on the after-complaint experience is actually more meaningful to people reading reviews here than deleting the original review, because it would show the initial problem which did happen, then the fix being satisfactory, rather than totally wiping the original bad experience.
