1-1/3 CY huh - and maybe some border boards. Sounds like a small landscaper or one-man excavation company job. Or if you can put up with disposal in a low spot or on a slope on-site, maybe a handyman or yard care guy with a wheelbarrow, because over half the cost will be loading it in a truck and hauling it off.

I would guess about $100-150 range if disposed nearby on site - otherwise probably about $200-350 range.

Pesonally, I would find an on-site place to dump or spread it, and buy or rent a contractor size wheelbarrow if you don't have one, and do it yourself and save the money.
