Question DetailsAsked on 6/27/2015

I'm, tyrying to find a Janitorial service to clean a small nasty room in my basement. only find house cleaners

Thers is a small room in my basement where the lint pipe from the dryer came apart in. It's filthy and will take a big vacumm and some junk removal - nothing heavy.
All I find in searching is house cleaners - this is more janitorial type work.

House cleaner - janitor - basically same except janitor is usually used to describe permanent commercial building cleaning and maintenance employee, house cleaners residential and make intermittent visits. Residential full-time "janitor" would normally be called a housekeeper.

House Cleaning is whaat you want, unless you want the ducts vacuumed out as well - then a Duct Cleaning service would be the answer - for very little more they would probably vacuum up the lint around the area as well, unless it is more a mop and scrub job with some light junk hauling out to the trash bin than a vacuum job, in which case a House Cleaning vendor is what you want.
