I've my7/2014-15 rebate code only. Please email 7/2015-16 code. Prev told can use on 2 jobs. Ntend 2use shortly.

Prev told $50 rebate rolls over to next acct yr - can use 1 code per ' job order'. Have updated email address. 07/2015 - 2016 code may have been sent to defunct e-addr.

Chris F., my (recently updated) email address is & my member ID (Guest #?) is 932343724. My current phone number is (816)xxx-xxxx, but I seriously doubt its the same phone number I used signing up years ago.
