Question DetailsAsked on 12/27/2011

I would like to know if the washing machines without adjitators are as good as the old kind with adjitator.

I need to buy a new washer and want to know which one is the best. I see there are new ones out without the adjitator and just force water through the clothes. Does anyone have one? Does it was as well?

This really isn't the best forum for this question but for what it's worth I have one of the newer "efficient" washing machines and HATE it. Yes it saves water but uses more energy because it takes more than twice as long. My water is cheaper than my electricity bill by a long shot. Also, after a hot day of sweating and working outside the washing machine can not get out the body odor and grime in one wash so I often have to run my work clothes 2 or more times. That's over 2 hours worth of washing for one load. Stick with the old, proven in my opinion. As soon as I can get this one to burn up I'm going back to something that works.
