Question DetailsAsked on 6/6/2014

I had windows installed years ago that now need replacement glass, how do I get them fixed under the warranty?

The windows have a lifetime warranty but the glass has become foggy and moist between the panes and you can no longer see out of the glass. The glass needs replacing and I need to find someone to do the work.

Hopefully you have your proof of purchase/invoice and the original manufacturer info in your homeowners files, right ? Because you will need that to claim a warranty repair, and procedure and contact number and such will be on the warranty.

Without that, just call a glass replacement company for quotes on new glazing units.
