Contact a broker and explain to them what your goals are. If you are looking to save money then you can consider taking off the most expensive benefits that many don't use such as copay's for the doctor and pharmacy. HSA's are great options for those looking to save money.

Depending on what you do, looking to your local chamber ofcommerce for potential solutions. Small business associations sometimes offerplans at a discount. I agree that trying to work with a broker can be helpful. It is really important that you look at the total cost of care. You do NOT wanta high deductible plan without prescription coverage if you are on certain medications. You do not want gereric coverage only if you have a breathing condition, or heart issues. There are a number of approaches but please look at your overall care.Insurance is not helpful if you avoid preventative care because of the cost due to the plan youchoose. Catastrophic coverage is one thing but depending on your situationproviding yourself with coverage that helps you stay healthy is also important.HSA plans are helpful as long as they roll from year to year and you build money in your account when not used. Someof those plans are great, but you do not want to be left without catastrophiccoverage and only with money in an HAS to cover a bad event. Health insuranceis different than any other type of insurance. They actually know you will makeclaims. Every other type of insurance, hopes you never make a claim. Keep thatin mind as you look at plan options. Best of luck and health to you.
