I was working with my credit union to repair vandlisume done to my mobile home. job start 7/28/2010 =5 weeks.?still not done,have to move

Handyman hired has not completed one job started. 80% of all supplies and materials paid for NOT on Site. The biggest B of all this is MY NEPHEW is the person that has put the screws to us. No bathrooms No kitchen finished. Walls half done Flooring NOT done bedroom flooring not on site. Roof and Subfloor for second home NOT ON SITE. I have pictures and time line. can you help me go forward?
