Depends on who you talk to - they have had a pretty long run of bad press and a lot of people complaining that they do nothing about servicing the warranty after you have paid and that when dealing with them there is no one person to deal with - you are talking to a new sales rep or foreman every call. I would say, from the industry comments going around, that they would generslaly not be considered one of the most buyer-friendly tract builders.

I have seen business news that they are pulling out of some markets and selling of quite a lot of their development land to free up cash, so it appears to me they may be in financial trouble.
