If I didn't use the contractor from Angie's list, why do I have to do a report on a contractor I did not use?

I'm sorry, I don't believe I understand the question. You are not required to leave a review on any contractor. If you wish to review a provider after they have done work for you, you are welcome to do so and we encourage feedback on our providers. Otherwise, you do not have to leave a review.

While you do not have o report on someone you did not use it may be that if the other contractor missed out by some minor thing it would help him correct that.
