Question DetailsAsked on 6/1/2015

If I am subscribed to a monthly membership and paid extra for health access, can I upgrade to one of the tiers now?

My current package expires in early 2016. If I change to a tier, will I get credit for the months of the previous package already subscribed to?

Hi,

This is Kyle K from Member Care. I'm happy to help!

I apologize for any confusion but you actually signed up for an annual subscription. We would be happy to upgrade you to one of our tiered memberships though. The difference between our two plans that have health access are outlined below:

Plus: This includes both our home and health lists, online and call center customer care, print magazines, nationwide access, and a $15 rebate on your first deal purchase.

Premium: This includes our home and health lists, online and call center support, print and digital magazines, nationwide access, priority customer care, complaint resolution and a $50 rebate on your first deal purchase.

If you prefer, give us a quick call at 1.888.944.5478, and our Member Care team will be happy to help. We're open weekdays from 8:00 am- 9:00 pm ET and Saturdays from 8:00 am- 5:00 pm ET.
