If a review I am submitting does not favor the company reviewed, am I liable to be sued? I have confirming videos, pics and documents.

When you say "liable to be sued", do you mean "able" or "likely". Able, yes - anyone can sue for anything. Likely, no - as long as you keep it truthful, don't sling mud for the heck of it, and make it clear you are stating your opinion unless stating an actual, readily proveable fact, etc.

There have been a couple of people (and Angie's List) who have been sued for reviews or comments, but just a few out of probably hundreds of thousands of reviews or comments, so not likely.
