Question DetailsAsked on 4/23/2015

Im looking at planning on renovating the downstairs of my house.

Would it possible to expand it going out away from the house and move the electric fireplace. As what im trying todo is move downstairs where no-one really uses anything. Was to combine two rooms [a secondary guest living room and guest bedroom into one room where that living room would be my Office / Lounge area and the spare bedroom be my bedroom all in one thing as i need lots of room for all of my equipment and etc. And how much you would think this would cost to be done. the rooms together dimensions are 21Ft Length 15ft going across the room from the walkway.

Just a fix. theres going to be no door to the bedroom just like a curtain because i dont think i'd need 2 doors in one room as the main door to enter is a sliding door.
