Insurance company did estimates.and told me to put my car in to shop but police report put me at fault..

Not sure what your question is - but either way, your insurance company will be paying your damages - and may then recover from the other driver's insurance if they can.


As to the police report - you need to challenge that with the police department, because if you were listed as at-fault then it can increase your insurance rates more than otherwise.
