Is Angie's List a good platform for B2B companies?

We are a commercial power washing company serving retail stores, commercial properties, parking decks, etc.

I would think not so much - because it is directed at homeowners and renters, so not only will you probably not see much interest on the site from businesses, but will also get a lot of unwanted contacts from homeowners and renters who are not your target audience.

I would say your best bet, other than assuring you have a good website which is linked by google, is listing (if they ghave them in your area) in the member directories for the local Chamber of Commerce and BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association).
