Is it me or what? Customer service on the phone is terrible!

.They dont listen to you or answer your questions with any type of knowledge or care. If you call the same number twice , you get a different person and they have a different answer too. I get so angry when I am getting helped at the register, and the CS person leans over me and yells to the next person that they will be right with them. Makes me feel like I am taking up too much time, and the next person is more important! we all know when we are on line that we will be next! how about when they (CS,)' ask if you got everything that you need? would I be at the register if I wasn't done? LIke they are going to stop ringing up my stuff and go back and find something for me, or get someone else to do it! LOL

Boy are you right. We could also use some service people who understand English. I can't even understand some of them on the Phone ,so I hang up and try to call back until I can understand someone.

It's not like years back when the Customer was always right. Now they don't give a damn.
