I placed an order for a gift basket about two weeks before my father's birthday; a few days before his birthday, he still had not received it. Concerned, I called the customer service number on the company's website. I was told the order could not be shipped to his address -- he's in a rural area in the U.S. I was told I would get a refund. It's been five weeks, and still no refund. I call every few days, and it's the same thing each time: a customer service person says someone in billing will call me. No one ever calls.

I think this is a legitimate company, as in it's not an all-out criminal operation, but if you have any problem with your order, be warned that you probably won't get your money back. (Which seems criminal, even if it's only the result of incompetence.)
