Hello Flyboywins,

Thank you for reaching out. I reviewed our records and it does not seem we have a listing for this provider. In the future, you may always set up a free account at and search by name for providers to find any information we have on file.

As Iann will find out after he has worked at Angies List for a while longer, their search engine is VERY primitive - not Google by a long shot. You need to keep your searches VERY simple, preferably one word - Hovanian in this case.

If you Google (outside of the Angies List website - just on your browser) this search phrase - Hovanian Angies List - which will bring up a number of Profile pages for K Hovanian in different parts of the country - you may have to do a bit of research ot figure out which office handles your area's developments.

You might also google for complaints about Hovanian - they used to have a stellar reputation, but from what I hear and read they have slipped a lot, with many complaints commonly focusing on commission-paid contract construction managers who can never be contacted or do not notify buyers or building inspectors at critical inspection points so buyers/inspectors can view basic foundation prep, framing, electrical and plumbing before closing it in, etc. Other common complaints on the web are extremely high estimates for any plan changes even if very early in the process, quality issues in some areas, poor warranty service, and failure to comoplete the punchlist beofre closing date and then promising completion after closing to get the closing done - then long delays or totally ignoring the punchlist items because they have already been paid in full.

Here are a couple of previous similar questions with a number of generally not very complimentary answers FYI -
