Hands down professional reglaze. Liners don't hold up as well over time and sometimes leak around the drain. They just look cheap after a while. A good professional company can clean up and coat your old cast iron tub in a day, making it look like new, and give you a good warranty too. Just make sure they remove the trim rings and top drain flange first. If not the new surface will likely chip if the drain system ever needs to be pulled apart and repaired.
