Question DetailsAsked on 1/18/2016

Is it possible to have a "big deal" refunded?

I purchased one of your "deals" last year and forgot about it; contacted the vendor recently and he agrees to honor it, but their services are way more expensive than I had anticipated and I can't afford to use them for the job. Can I still get a refund on the price I paid for the deal?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty you've had with Andrew's Refinishing LLC regarding your Big Deal for $99 for $200 Credit Toward Furniture Refinishing, Repair, or Upholstery. While this purchase is outside of the 30 Day Refund Guarantee, there are other options available to you.

We can help resolve the issue with Andrew's Refinishing LLC, or, if you prefer, we can look for another company offering this type of deal. If neither of these options suits your needs, we can find a new offer. Please let us know which option works best for you, and I would be happy to escalate this concern to one of our eCommerce specialists.

Appreciate your reply, but am confused about your offer to find a different vendor. Would that new vendor accept the "deal"offer I originally purchased? If not, it seems that would not help in my situation.

The orignal vendor is not being "problematic", it's just that their services are more expensive than I anticipated, and I can't afford to spend that much on refinshing ot reupholstering the times in question.
