They might be a legit company, but they will legit scam you out of your money. Google "camden services angie's list" and other responses will come up that will make you run the other way. I hope you have not used their service yet because they will take your money and ruin your credit. They put a fraud alert on my husband's credit and we get an email about once a month from Deanna to pay down our credit cards because that is what is holding us back. The credit cards were maxed out when we first started and now they are under 50% so we have been paying them down, but that is the "excuse" we are given. We paid them $2000 that we could have just taken and paid off our credit cards with if I had known all they would do to "help" is email us once a month to say your credit cards need to be paid down. What about the negative information they promised to remove? They haven't removed anything at all. I have asked Deanna to show me what work she has done on this account and she refuses to send anything to me - because she hasn't done anything except check his credit once a month through the Wells Fargo credit tracking (which we weren't told would be an extra $14.99 a month by the way) and email me to tell me to pay down his cards. I finally told her if she knew anything about this account she would see that the balances are significantly lower than what they were when we started, but the removals they promised are no where to be found. We are doing what we were told to do, but Camden isn't. I am getting ready to submit a dispute with the BBB to hopefully get some of our money returned to us since Deanna is not able to show me any documentation that she has done anything to my husband's credit other than put a fraud alert on it (which they never told us they would be doing).
