Most carpet installers and floorers will move furniture as needed as part of their price - excepting things like highboys, grand pianos, and such that are too tall to move without scraping ceiling, or too heavy for two men. That sort of thing you should have emptied before they come, especially if breakable in them.

Just make sure that is made clear when they come to do the estimate and measurements, and is included in writing in the bid - and be sure to specify move out AND replace.
