A House Cleaner can do this if you want it done for you - likely to cost a bit, because they will not like doing it any more than you do.

There are also foaming spray degreasers for grills by comapnies like Mr Muscle and Easy Off - you spray it on and let it sit for a while, then scrub a bit if needed with a brush or grill cleaning abrasive pad and hot water, then hose off (assuming it is not electric ignition). Really pretty easy to use - just be sure to follow instrutions and bring the grill up to full temperature for at least 1/2 hour BEFORE putting any food in it, as can leave a taste if not fully burned off before cooking.

If you decide to use a pressure washer, do not get to aggressive on the paint, do not use if has any electric parts, and do away from house area - it will splatter greasy water all over and make an awful mess if done in an area where people walk.
