Question DetailsAsked on 8/2/2014

Is there a good Philadelphia area contractor who is expert at waterproofing, and exterior, structural repair?

My basement level is entirely above ground. There is exterior water damage to the rear of the house due to lack of downspouts and a clogged drain. Will need to replace damaged brick/stucco (no screen) wall with cinderblock & stucco and doors. Water links into laundry room when it rains. I also received a lousy roofing repair job (about 8 years ago). As a result of a home inspection, I just found out that they left a LOT of debris, including the remains of my old skylight on my flat roof.
I am looking for a contractor that is willing to deal with the fact that I want to purchase my own exterior doors because I belong to Direct buy. I find that some contractors resent that.
