Leak in the pipe in upstairs bath, causing damage in basement bath. 1 affects the other,need 1 functional during r

Leak in upstairs bath causing extensive damage to downstairs. Shower downstairs not functional at this time due to damage, know upstairs must be fixed first, but need an idea of time that might be involved. Would need at least 1 functioning shower and bath within reasonable period of time. Cost thoughts too, but realize it would need to be seen.
