Question DetailsAsked on 2/16/2020

Live in downstairs condo, when showers is on upstairs in EITHER bath, water pours through my bathroom tiled window.

This is not due to rain outside (it’s an exterior wall), it’s never raining. The only constant is someone has showered upstairs within last 30 mins. Vetted plumber said it’s NOT. A plumbing issue. Anyone ever heard of this? HOA has no idea, I’m on my own. Condo complex is 50 yrs. old. Also, it doesn’t happen every time they shower, only intermittently.
