Looking for a Logging Co, around 61832 THAT CAN WORK in IL for a SMALLER LOT, but told well worth it!!!! NONE on here??

We have ALOT, I mean ALOT of TREES on a smaller lot. (1.5ac) We got told it was WELL, WELL, worth being logged out but the logger could not cross state lines. We have done all the leg work & know how big the trees have to be & what kind to take to the mills. We want it done now just can not find anyone to do it!

Not the sort of search Angie's List is really into - try this link, though you will have to do some calling to see who will come to your area for such a small job - 1.5 acres is only a day or two's logging. I would start with the sawmills and see who they buy timber from, if they do not log themselves.

Be aware you probably need a land use permit and possibly environmental permits to do this - it is not just a matter of going in and cutting and taking the wood away. Without proper permits you open yourself up to LOTS of liability.
