Question DetailsAsked on 8/9/2014

Looking for anyone having experience with Orking Dryzone crawl space waterproofing. Good and bad.

Have large mfd. home with permanent foundation and brick skirting, approx. 15 yrs old. We've lived here almost 5. Crawl gets damp/wet during heavy rains. Front of house is above grade, back and one end is pit dug, at or below grade. Orkin will be presenting quote/solutions today. Not ready to sign with anyone yet, just investigating options.

We've had a sump installed in a basement in a previous home but have never had to deal with crawl space encapsulating. Any advice on what to ask/investigate to eventually make an intelligent decision would be appreciated.
