My suggestion is to see if your health insurance covers podiatry visits (foot doctor). If it does, contact your insurance provider for a list of podiatrists who participate in your health insurance plan. This will provide you the least out of pocket expense while also (usually) providing you with podiatrists who meet standard qualifications. If your insurance does not cover podiatry, you will need to pay for these services out of pocket and do your own research. I do not reside in your area but you can check on-line for podiatrists in South Carolina and check their credentials.
