Movers on Angie's List damaged my cedar hope chest, entertainment center, and made my move a stressful event

I hired Lobo Movers, Albuquerque, NM for a move within the city that was short notice. Despite the short notice (one week) and several phone calls of questions, the mover assured me that they could pack and move my items on Saturday 1/11/20. The movers did not handle the move well; a Lane Cedar Hope chest was not padded or protected and the top is gouged now. My entertainment center was broken, and the movers blamed me for its breakage because it "is cheap particle board" instead of admitting they should have padded it and taken care of it. My belongings were tossed in boxes that were not written on, so I cannot figure out which boxes have which items. Pretty stoneware coffee cups were tossed unwrapped with miscellaneous items, and I felt very disrespected the whole time. The owner wants to find the cheapest way to deal with this; I want to be made entirely whole. The Lane chest needs a professional conservator and I need to be fully compensated for the loss of value it now incurred.
