My Angies Answer Profile Points Disappeared. Who can I talk to?

After answering dozens of questions, receiving several “best answers”, earning a thousand points and being listed as the “Top Expert” in several categories due to many hours of contribution… my Angie’s Answers profile was completely wiped out and all of my points were removed. There's been no communication from Angie's Answers whatsoever. Even after emailing answers@angieslist.com four times they continue to refuse to respond. Anyone have a name of a person I can address this with and hopefully get some answers as to what happened to the profile of my company - which incidentally is an A rated provider that has paid thousands of advertising dollars to Angies List.

I'm sorry for the trouble you're experiencing. I'm having the third-party company Angie's List has partnered with for the Answers platform look into it to determine the precise cause.

Is this post the first you've made regarding the issue? As the moderator of this forum, this is the first I've heard of the problem. Answers@angieslist.com is not an email account in use by anyone at Angie's List involved in the Angie's List Answers platform, and I'm sorry you attempted to contact us that way to no avail. Please understand there was no intentional dismissal of your complaints or outright refusal to respond. Our support team, which you can reach by using the "contact us" link in the footer, does an excellent job of responding to emailed issues and would have been able to pass the issue along. Please feel free to contact me directly at casandram@angieslist.com in the future. I'll post again once I've heard back about your issue.

I want to thank-you for your prompt response and the effort toresolve my Answers account issues.

My profile is back up and points are restored.
